As a resident of Boston, there are never any excuses required to flee the cold and dreariness of the city in winter. Given that one of my dearest friends is waiting out both the winter and the Presidential debates over several months in Oaxaca, Mexico, I recently spent a week with her in the small coastal town of San Agustinillo. I ate my weight in tacos, got the requisite sunburn, and strolled the streets admiring the natural color-blocking that occurs.
