(Jun 2020) A (Non) Exhaustive List On Racism

Lazy Eye

The world continues to reveal more forms of racism every single day. This month’s Mocroscope draws on notes from the November 2016 edition that also looked at various types of racism. Let’s revisit with a view to 2020...

Casual Racism: Only when you’re relaxed.

Smart Casual Racism: For those apt racist remarks lacking in the more common vulgarity.

Social Racism: Only exhibited when you go out with friends.

Road Racism: Only while driving.

Formal Racism: Only when following a prescribed format and presented in an official setting.

Ageist Racism: Only against old fuckers.

Surreal Racism: You can’t really make sense of it when you see it.

Couture Racism: A perfect fit for any occasion.

Textured Racism: You can really feel it.

Tart Racism: For when you just pull a sour face.

Present Racism: When you’re just ‘in the moment’.

Colorblind Racism: You can’t really see it, but I’ll make out that I can.
